I upgraded to Office 365 Business Premium several months ago in anticipation of Outlook Customer Manager.  I finally have it as an option but have never been able to launch it.  Everytime I try to open it it get the message 'Something went wrong We're having one of those days.  Let's give it another go.'  When I hit 'Go' nothing happens.

Hi Kelly,

 

Please clear the cache of your IE browser with the steps below and check if the issue can be fixed.            

1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.               

2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".               

3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

Do you have a solution for Mac users? 

 

When I try to open OCM I read the following error message: "Something Went Wrong Please try again."

 

Also when I try to access the add-in store, I can read the following error message: "Error: We can't connect right now. Please manage your add-ins later. If the problem persists, please restart Outlook or sign-in again"

I'm getting this same error message when trying to launch OCM from the Outlook desktop client in Windows 10.  Any suggestions?  I use Chrome, not IE for a browser if it matters for some reason.

Also I have an Office 365 Business Premium license and OCM used to work about 3-6 months ago. I'm wondering if another add on is causing a problem as we ran a trial with Act CRM. I believe I've turned off the Act Add-In from the Add In manager in the O365 Admin area.

OCM doesn't work on my computer.

I tried setting IE as default browser -clearing cache data. Restarting Outlook, Restarting computer. But nothing see to work. 

 

Ironically it works on my iPhone as  app. But need to get this working on my computer.

 

I have checked for latest updates and Outlook has recent updates. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
