OCM in a new Office 365 service and many features came directly from customers'feedback. In this thread, I will try my best to help you on this issue. Firstly, please try to clear the cache of your IE browser with the steps below and check if the issue can be fixed.
If the issue persists, please share a OCM log with us in private message.

That does seem to solve the issue. I noticed on the Windows 7 machine, there is also an option to Exceed limit, which I have ticked.
Windows 10 machines dont seem to have this option. Can it be increased in size?

I am having the same problem (although using outlook rather than accessing through the web).
I dont use IE for accessing outlook so is there a different fix for this in outlook?

I was using Outlook as well so the fix should be relevant.#
I did have to repaet the process a few times!
Maybe try a reboot inbetween as well.

Yes I did all that and OCM sort of works but either keeps crashing or is very slow to amend any details such as contact info, deals, etc...very frustrating

You could try setting the "notify me when a website or database exceeds" to a higher number.
That was another tweak I made I put mine at 100mb and the Data Storage for outlookapps.com reads 17mb on mine.
This is on the same final settings page previously mentioned.
