I have gotten this error message every time I try to log in, since I first added the addin a month ago or so.
I have checked that caching in Internet Explorer is allowed. And tried clearing the cache for outlookapps.com several times without it resolving anything.

Hi Sævar,

 

Based on my experience, it should be a temporary issue. You may restart Outlook or reboot your PC and try again later to check if the issue still exists.

 

Regarding clearing cache in IE, please be informed that the prerequisite is you've set IE as the default browser in your PC. Or it won't work for you and you need to go to the default browser to remove the Outlookapps.com cache.

I have also tried clearing the cache in my default browser.
The problem has been ongoing for over a month, so this doesn't seem to be a temporary issue.

You can remove the OCM add-in by going to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps click “+” and select “Add from URL”. And use this link: https://ocm.outlookapps.com/GetManifest to reinstall it. Check if the issue can be fixed.

Please check whether the Outlook 2016 client has installed the latest update. (File >Office Account > Update Now) Meanwhile, please create a new profile and add this Office 365 account only in your Outlook, then check the outcome.

 

If the issue persists, I need to collect the app log for analysis. I've sent you a private message to collect the log file. You can click the envelope icon in the right corner to access it.

I have some issue working with EDGE, but when I switch to IE, CMO is working ok. maybe this will put some light on the issue.

What worked for me was to delete the group from the O365 Admin portal. It was showing an owner who I had previously deleted. Once opening OCM again in Outlook, the group was re-created.

Hello I am also experiencing the same issues and I have confirm that I had the most recent updates.

 

I really could use some help on this I have had this issue for over a month and cant seem to get any real solutions.  I have been contacted by my CSP provider and also contacted by Microsoft technical support but I have not get the issue resolved and it is becoming a real pain in my neck.  It is kind of hard to offer this type of programs to my customers if I can really tell them that the product works correctly and there is a solution to this problem that has been ongoing for the last 3 month give or take.

Same problem here on iOS, everything looks fine in Outlook but the App just tells me the same error you guys experienced: "ERROR CODE: -1011 ERROR DETAILS: Request failed: internal server error (500)"

this is still an issue for me. 8/19/2019. "something went wrong" user has bus premium. user has OCM add-in enabled. have set IE as default browser, cleared cache. rebooted machine, outlook is up-to-date, have disabled OCM in licenses for 24 hours and re-enabled it and the issue still persists. How is it that we pay monthly for a product that has never worked? joke is on us. does not work in OWA or desktop client.
