Im not able to use ocm since I susbscribed to office business premium

Tried all the basic troubleshooting cleaning IE cache, reactivating license, reinstalling addon in outlook web.

Welcome to post here.

 

May I know how it goes now? When you are assigned the OCM license at the first time, you may need  1~24 hours for the server to create and sync the data.

 

If issue persists, Please login to outlook.office.com/owa with your Office 365 Business Premium account and then check if you can access the OCM there.

Also, please create a new Outlook profile to check if there is any improvement? Note: please don't remove the older one for data protection.

 

Moreover, if other users have the same issue in your organization?

Same error on outlook web. New profile doesn't help
