I was previously able to open and use Outlook Customer Manager in Office 365, but for some time now when I attempt to open the add-in, I get the cryptic error message "Something went wrong". I read other posts on this error message and followed the suggestion to clear the IE browser cache (even though I use Chrome). Didn't help. Any potential solutions would be appreciated. Thanks
@Alan Wu - Thanks for your reply Google Chrome is my default browser. I switched to Microsoft Edge as the default per your suggestion and the error message when opening Outlook Customer Manager persists. I deleted the cache for MS Edge - still get the error message. I only have one laptop, so am unable to test access from another desktop Outlook client. Any other suggestions?
