Several users reporting issue with contact sharing in Outlook Customer Manager. After further investigation, we identifed an issue in the replication engine for contact sharing -- we started to roll out the fix - but it may take until ~April 14 before all users receive the fix. In the mean time, please hold off using sharing in Outlook Customer Manager and I will post an update when the roll out of the fix completes.

Hi Ferenc -- we have rolled out the fix. You should be able to start sharing. For previously shared items, you need to unshare then redo the sharing

We tried it all again. We did not notice any change. 

The whole thing does not work. 

We've deleted and reinstalled the plugin. 

We've deleted the Edge and IE cache.

We've  added new partners and companies, and we've set the share, but it does not work. 

 

What do you suggest?

We have just started using OCM in a French context for the first time on 26 July 2017.

We have registered contacts and companies from the sessions of several members of the OCM group all which have been shared.  However, each member user can still only access the contacts and companies that he created him or herself, the share information does not appear at all.

We have also deleted the IE cache without effect.

What is the next step?

It's still not working. 

Support has been working on it for months.

We recently created a new user account in our AD and attributed a Office 365 Business Premium licence to this new user.  We activated the OCM for this account and the account immediately had access to the all the data (contacts and companies) shared by all the other OCM users that did not have access to the shared data. 

 

This new user account is the only one who has access to all the shared data !! 

 

Thus the issue seems to be related to the account parameters.  Perhaps there is some parameter missing in the older user account definitions........   Please invesitgate!!!
