Shared OCM Contacts Aren't Synching

Hi,

I'm testing OCM to see if it's the correct solution for my company.

 

I'm experiencing an issue with any Shared Contacts synchronising with other users. All users are in the relevant group, all the contacts are set as Business and the slider is in the right place for Shared. When I first access the other users' Outlook the contacts sync correctly. However, subsequent changes to the Contacts are not reflected in that users Outlook. Clicking the refresh button does not fix the issue.

 

I have tried logging the user out of MS Office and back in and clearing their IE cache but this doesn't have any effect.

Hi Simon,

 

Did you clear IE cache following these steps?  Go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases> Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com"> Then, restart Outlook 2016.

 

If so and the issue persists, please share a OCM log in private message.
