Every time I am editing a contact in OCM an mark it as business contact and then trying to save it as such. It first will be saved and after a second or two the trigger jumps back to "business contact = No" I always have to save each single contact twice which is pretty annoying

Hi Markus,

Greetings.

I'd like firstly share something about editting the contact in OCM. That is our personal contacts (contacts under People) and the contacts created directly in OCM will be saved in OCM or you can understand it as that OCM contains 2 kinds of contacts, one is the contacts from the personal contacts (People) and the other is the contacts created directly in OCM.

Under the current situation, the contacts created directly in OCM will be "business contact" type. But the contacts from personal wll not be the "business contact" type by default (Business Contact is "No"). We can edit this kind of contact with changing the "No" to be "Yes" and click "Save".

If it is just what you have done, please try the following steps to see whether it makes a difference.

1. Re-start your Outlook.

2. Create a new Outlook profile and configure your BP account under the new profile to avoid the cache's affection.

Regards,
Alan
