Hi Reinier,

 

If the user A shared an OCM contact, User B cannot see it

1. Can other people see the shared OCM contact from User A?

2. Can User B see other shared OCM contacts from other people?

3. For User B, please let him try: go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases > Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com". Then, restart Outlook 2016.

Yes, we keep deleting the IE cache...every day ;)
We cannot see each others shared contacts.

 

I think the problem is that the OCM group is deleted.

How can we restore this?

We too are experiencing issues with Outlook Customer Manager in our organization and we really hope you can assist us in solving it.

Since we installed OCM in all our team members computers (all have Business Premium license), we have yet to find a way to share contacts between us and to sync new data of a contact or company, with the other team members in OCM.

We have spoken with Microsoft Support on the phone, but they couldn't solve it. They asked us to send a message to this forum to maybe get assistance through here.

Please help, let us know if you need any additional information we will gladly send. We really like the way OCM is built, we just want to be able to use it correctly.
