I have the same issue but following all the instructions above I still can't get beyond v1609. I've tried a clean install of Office365 and also the link on the page above. Any other suggestions ?

Based on the description, it seems that you are using Deferred Channel of Office 365.


You can refer to the following article to switch to Current Channel to meet the Outlook version requirement for OCM.

As a tip, if your Office 365 ProPlus was deployed by your IT administrators, please contact them for assistance.
