I have OCM in my subscriptions area but it doesn't appear no more in the adds-in management or anywhere else.

I tried it yesterday and it worked well with the OCM in the ribbon. I tried to import data and it crashed. So then I tried to inactivate it and then try to activate it again but since this morning I can't find it anymore anywhere.

Could you tell me how to reactivate it ?

Log into OWA, and go to General > Manage add-ins, check whether the Outlook Customer Manager is turned to as below:




Besides, share a screenshot showing your Outlook client.
