same problem, on o365 business premium 1703 (7967.2030) french, first release group, i can't find OCM in home tab. (OCM licence enabled on my account)

Hi Loïc,

 

The Outlook client version (Here is 7967.2030) meets the minimum version for OCM.

 

Based on the description, please check the followings:

1. Go to https://portal.office.com/account/ > Subscriptions to check whether you have OCM license

2. Go to the Office 365 Mail settings

General > Manage add-ins > Check whether OCM is enabled for your account

3. After open the Outlook client, go to the Add-ins page to check whether OCM shows.

i checked but the OCM add-in is still missing. i tried to find it from the store but i did not find it.

Hi Loïc,

 

The addin is automatically installed for Business Premium subscribers. If you accidently deleted it, it should be added within 24 hours. Please wait for a while to check it and contact support if you do not see OCM after 24 hours
