I have the same issue.

I was told by support that OCM is not availabel to everyone yet. But with first release status and business premium i should be able to use it, right?

I have the app. It just doesn't connect somehow.

What to do?

If you have "Customer Manager" on outlook 2016 then you should be able to use it. I will send you a private message to collect more data for us to investigate the issue
