"X" on some Contacts in OCM


Why do I have "X" out contacts, how do I resolve?

Hi Dave,


Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases > delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com", then restart Outlook to verify the result.


If the issue persists, I'd like to confirm the following for further troubleshooting:

1. Are they Business contacts created in OCM or imported to OCM?

2. Please capture a screenshot of the scenario.

3. The detailed version and build of Outlook. You can get it through File > Office Account in Outlook.
