Outlook on Mac Customer Manager not connecting...

Hello,

 

My Customer Manager plug in on my Outlook for Mac doesn't work. 

message reads    "Something Went Wrong Please try again" 
and numerical code    3031-1527715210995    appears at the bottom.
Everything on the admin panel is turned on for me to access all the apps.

 

Please Help!

Hi Andrew,

 

Outlook is based on your web browser. Please try to clear the cache of Safari browser then reload OCM on your Outlook. If the issue persists, please double check if Safari is on latest version.

Hi Leo,

 

I use Google Chrome as my default browser. I have cleared the cache of both chrome and safari and tried it again with no luck.

Did you get this problem sorted? I have the same message and clearing the cache has made no difference.
