Hi. I'm currently a CRM Salesforce user. Can anyone explain me more about the OCM? I watched several videos and none gives me a parameter. I want to know if it's worth it to exit Salesforce and start using the OCM. I'm not talking about and comparing, similar quality, only if the OCM has the same functions of Salesforce (customer registration, contacts, leads, contract values in $, communication between the team in a given client, Pipeline reports, etc.) . Can anyone using the OCM explain the feasibility of the tool? Thanks!

Outlook Customer Manager is built to manage the customer relationship in the daily work. It helps users to manage Meetings, Emails, Phone Calls, Deadlines in the Outlook client. They are all automatically organized in the Outlook Customer Manager interface in the Outlook client. Outlook Customer Manager also can let colleagues share contacts in detail.

Is possible to open some website from OCM? I make it only by app or by cliente email Outlook.
