I have a client with a small office (4 users) They are attempting to use OCM within the outlook application on their desktops but are having issues with Sharing contacts and sharing notes between users in the office. They are finding that not all notes are shared but some are, no rhyme or reason. There is also quite a long time delay when they do see updates to the notes or shared contacts.
Things I have done to troubleshoot:
Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts?
They migrated to Office 365 from Google largely becuase of OCM thinking they could use this as a simple CRM solution but if sharing is Wonky the solution will not work for them. They are getting quite frustrated...

To better help you, we need to know what kind of issue you are encountering first. Please create a new post in our forum and describe your issue, we will have dedicated engineer helping you. For most kinds of issues, they don't require a troubleshooting log.
