Outlook Customer Manager - sharing issue

sharing is not working - somethimes it is working, some times not.

We also tried to delete the cashe as descriped in this post (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Outlook-Customer-Manager/Re-RE-Sharing-Issue-in-Outlook-Custo... )

- but it is still not working and I only see some contacts, deals and companys which my colleage has shared with me.
