I wanted to have a try at OCM, but I can't get it to work.
Either on Oulook 2016 or Owa I've got a message "Sorry, we had a problem. Please try again."
I tried everything I found on other posts such as clearing IE cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing will do !

For your scenario, please re-confirm whether your Office 365 account is a Business Premium account (having Office 365 Business Premium license).
