Outlook Customer Manager Not Accessable

I see a folder, I see a tab, it's constantly loading. I have the Business Premium. I have cleared caches and I work on a Mac. Online it's not an Add-in I can find anywhere so the Mac should not matter.  Any ideas on how to use what I should already have or why it's not working?

Hi Tracie,

 

We are understand you are facing an issue about cannot access to the OCM in Outlook for Mac. Please try following steps to see if the issue can be fixed:

 

1. Disable develop menu;

2. Clear Safari cache;

3. Restart Outlook client.

 

Note: This action will wipe out everything in Safari, but this is one time action and you don't need to do this everytime open OCM.

I have done all of these listed. The window to the right where, as I understand from youtube videos where this program actually works, constantly loads. I go to the plugins and it shows as it is installed.

It is still not working. Any additional help would be appreciated.

May I know the version of your Outlook for Mac? Can you update it to the latest one to check the issue? Also, please login to the outlook web app (OWA) with your Office 365 account to try accessing to the OCM, and let us know the result.

 

Moreover, please create a new profile on your Outlook for Mac to check is the issue persists. Note: please don't delete the older one immediately.
