Hi, I subcribed to O365 Business Premium today specifically to have access to Outlook Customer Manager, but the icon does not appear on Outlook.  I have confirmed that the license is activated. 

OCM is listed in "Subscriptions" in my account.  It is not listed in "Add-ins" in my the "Manage Add-Ins" section for my Mail settings.  

Please advise. Thanks.

Try loading the add-in again - go to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps, and use this URL for re-installing: https://ocm.outlookapps.com/GetManifest

I did the same: subscribed to O365 Business Premium to have access to OCM, and test it to license it to our company staff. No luck. Followed each step offered by Eric; opened a support ticket with Microsoft, they called me - very nice support boy - and still nothing. I guess I will unsubscribe and wait for news in these threads announcing it has been solved. I just wonder if this is on purpose, to favor some other MS solution like Dynamics, or their new app "People".
