[Updated Feb 2, 2017]  The issue impacting some of existing OCM users who have been using the feature but receive an error below.

When starting Outlook Customer Manager, you may receive the following message:

"Outlook Customer Manager isn't available for your account yet. Outlook Customer Manager is new and we're still rolling it out. We're sorry it isn't available for your account yet, but we're working on bringing it to all Office 365 Business Premium subscribers."

 We identified a technical issue in the user's account eligibility check that results in the above message. We are working on the fix for the issue and estimate the fix to be fully rolled out by Thursday, February 9th.

If you have Office 365 Business Premium subscription  on First Release and received the message above, please try again at the end the week and contact us if you still see the issue.

For those of us that appear to be properly qualified to receive OCM, but have not yet received the "Rollout", it would be most helpful if you could define what "Rollout" actually means in terms of real dates.  I received an Office update today, 1/23/2017, and still no OCM... even with:

  • Business Premium subscription with Exchange Online account
  • Release Track = First Release for Everyone
  • Updates = Office Insider Fast

I wish I had the error message you speak of because even that would be progress.  I say that having checked Office Update nearly everyday for the past month and a half and not seeing anything.

I purchased the Premium Subcritpoin today specifically to access Customer Manager. I have updated my software to first release, updated all my applications and the Customer Manger is still not showing up. what do I need to do to access it? Very frustraing.

You should have OCM if you are opt in for "First Release" (to update navigate to O365 admin > Settings > Organization Profile > Release Preference).

If you are not on First Release, OCM will be coming soon in the next few months.

Dear Mr. Lee,

 

I am having the same issue as other people here - I have a Business Premium subscription AND set the first release option for everyone in our organization but there is still no sight of the OCM.

 

Is there any other option other than the standard "just wait, we´re rolling out"-answer? To be honest, Microsoft's communication with respect to this topic is really frustrating because it gives zero planning reliability.

Hi Welly, I have O365 2016, Business Premium Edition. I haven't received the OCM update so far and we are Friday Feb. 2nd. I made the move to Bus Premium Edition, having been told that OCM was available on Bus. Premium Ed. How can I get it? Thanks, Pierre

Happend to me , too.  Till today 9.00 o'clock worked, and now suddently came the message. Hungarian Win 10 and O365 , on my other PC subscribed as prewiev is the same.
