Outlook Customer Manager for Mac

Hi, 

I am having trouble setting up OCM on my mac. The icon is available but every time I try get it to work it says 'something went wrong'. It works when logged into outlook for web but not the application. Outlook support suggested I contact Mac Support and they suggested I write here.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Despina,

 

Please try to clear safari cache via the following steps.

  1. Disable develop menu in safari Advanced setting
  2. Clear Safari cache
  3. Restart outlook

I have done this and been in contact with Outlook support and Outlook for Mac support and no-one seams to know whats going on? Very frustrating and time consuming. Please fix this ASAP as there seems to be many people experiencing this.
