Outlook Customer Manager Error on iOS App

Hi, I'm trying out the Outlook Customer Manager on my iPhone. It's showing an error page (attached), after I tried to login. Please advise. Thank you.

May I know whether you are able to sign into the OCM in the Outlook client? 


If yes, please re-confirm that you are using the latest OCM in your iPhone or you can try re-isntalling it; if not, please re-confirm if you are using the Office 365 Business Premium (BP) account and you have been assigned with the BP license and the OCM is turned on.

Yes, I'm able to sign in into the OCM in the Outlook client on my macbook.
Yes, it's the latest OCM. The other employees also have the same error message when logging in using iphone.
Yes, we are using Office 365 Business Premium.
How to turn the OCM on? I think it's already on, as I can use it on Outlook client on my Macbook.
