Outlook Customer Manager drops contacts, deals, tasks, posts, etc.

Occasional Visitor

I've been using Outlook Customer Manager for a few weeks and am about to pull out my hair in frustration. It constantly drops connections between entities — Contacts, Deals, Tasks, Posts, etc. I enter information on a contact and go back a few days later to find that the information has disappeared. I set up a deal and the connection to the contact disappears. Also, it's constantly asking "Do you like the new look?" even after I've answered.


Does this program actually work, or is it just a beta that they released prematurely?

Please update your Outlook client to the latest version to check if anything is improvement? As with this way, we can use the latest OCM.


For further help, can you please provide us a video or some screenshots to describe this problem which you are running to?
