Outlook Customer Manager Contacts duplicated

I would like to bulk delete all contacts and companies in Customer Manager.  When I did the import, some duplicated and some did not import.  I have made adjustments to my settings and the CM seems to be stable now, so I would like to clear the database and reimport.  I checked other conversations but didn't find responses to similar requests.

Hi Chris Clore,

 

To delete cache database, please try following:

 

1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.

2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".

3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.
