I have been using OCM for approximately 1 month. I have issues where the OCM does not start and get an error message (message says "Having one of those days, try again") . Today It came up one time and then once I entered a new contact the program would not save it. 

I have closed outlook a few times today and even turned the computer off and rebooted. Still having the same issue. I would like to make mention that I use Google Chrome as my web access software. IE was giving me way to many problems over the years. 
I moved over to OCM to eliminate a different software company. But I need OCM to work all the time, not when it wants to.

I'd like to mention that OCM is integrated with IE. And please try to delete IE cache of OCM and check how it goes:


1. Go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases. 
2. Delete cache files for the website "".
3. Restart Outlook 2016.




How would I execute this cache clean from Edge?
