Hi

I have upgraded my machine with new hardware and had to install o365 again.

But now I can not conect to my mail accounts. I have tried all the new ways, but stil not possible.

Gmail, and Online accounts. This used to be easey, but this new layout si just rubish. How can I fisk this. This message every time, (Look in attaced files) on all accounts. In norwegian it says, Pleas try again later, it has bin a week.

From your description, we understand you can't add the Gmail account to Outlook client. In this case, please use your mail account server side for the temporary usage.

 

For Adding Gmail account to Outlook client, please firstly confirm if we had enabled the Less Secure App Access option on the Gmail account settings, then we need to enable the 2-steps authentication and then generate an App Password to replace your Gmail account's password. So please double confirm all the above information on your side then try again.
