OCM - Something went wrong

I keep getting the error below when trying to access OCM.  I have tried clearing the IE cache as mentioned in various other posts.  I have re-installed Office (latest version from Office 365) but the error still appears.  Can anyone help?  This appears on every PC in our office.

Hi Keith,

 

Internet options/browsing history/settings/cahes and databases

a) Close 365
b) Find outlookapp.com and set Exceed Limit to Allowed
c) You might need to delete outlookapps and repeat.

 

Meanwhile, you could try setting the "notify me when a website or database exceeds" to a higher number.

I don't have either of those options when I go to Internet options/browsing history/settings/cahes and databases

Hey Keith, 

 

I had the same problem, not seeing the same issues, and just deleted the outlookapps.com cache and re-opened Outlook and the problem was resolved. The launch of Outlook that first time was VERY long though.
