Recently installed OCM. It is working in Mail online, but the add-in for Outlook (2016) desktop loads with a screen (see pic) that says, "You've singned out / Goodbye / We hope to see you again soon. You can start over any time. / Start over (button)". Clicking on the button does nothing.
Has this happened to you? Found the solution in another post with the answer from @Kanjie Wang Wang
1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
