OCM - Outlook Contact Manager - not installing on new Business Premium Subscription

Hi

I have been using a personal subscription for Office O365 and continue to pay the subscription. I purchased an additional new Business Premium subscription in order to get access to OCM and do my own CRM work using Outlook and the OCM functionality.

Outlook is unable to "sign out" of one account and then "sign in" on another and I ran the app to remove the O365 license. I signed in on the new subscription - see attached image. 

The problem I have (frustrating) is that OCM is nowhere to be seen. I have re-installed O365 and tried several times and read articles etc. I'm unable to find the solution. Please help? This is wasting huge amount of my time. Surely this should be an easy migration. I'm not even sure if the OCM module has propagated after 2 weeks.

Hi Dudley_123,

 

I have checked your license that is the Office 365 Business Premium. So I just wonder whether you have re-installed the Office client (Outlook) with the Office 365 Business Premium license. To isolate it, it is recommended that you are assigned with the Office 365 Business Premium license only while re-installing the Office client.

It appears that the OCM is not visible in the Admin portal - how do I "switch it on"?
