ocm not working on new trial business premium

I signed up for a business premium trial account to try the OCM feature.

 

I am having a lot of errors with it in Outlook at OCM.

 

In outlook.

 

going into the OCM via addins I get an error something went wrong.

trying to create a new contact via the cusomer manager button on an email, i cannot save any data i type in as I get an error saying changes cannot be saved at this time.

 

I am getting the same error in OWA.

 

I see there are a lot of posts about htese errors and the only suggestion is to remove outlookapps.com under caches and databases in IE.

 

I have done that many times, does not resolve any issues.

Hi Lorena,

 

Could you please share the screenshot when you were trying to access OCM from OWA?

Please check whether you've been assigned the Outlook Customer Manager license via licensing section?

 

You can go to OWA->option->app to disable the OCM add-in, and wait for a while to let Outlook sync the changes. After doing that, re-enable the app in OWA to see if you can open OCM in Outlook.
