OCM not updating Outlook contacts

We have Outlook Customer Manager installed on our 365 Business Premium account, and one of my colleagues has 'shared' a few contacts with me as well as listing them as business contacts.

 

I can see them in the OCM window when I open it fully, however they're not added to my Outlook contacts list.

 

How do I set it so shared OCM contacts are automatically added to mine and my colleagues' Outlook contacts so they can easily address emails to them without having to email only through the OCM add-in window? Requiring all emails to go out through the add-in window is not feasible for our business.

Based on my test that the shared OCM contacts are not added to your Outlook Contact list and it will only appear in OCM. In this situation, we recommend you feedback it to our related team via the link below:

Thanks Rudy! I think I've figured out a workaround where (in order to have it in my bosses' Outlook and phone contacts) they have duplicates in their "All contacts" list, and just the shared central ones in Business Contacts.
