OCM not syncing properly with some users

One of our users is facing issues with OCM syncing - he sees several records, but they are not in sync with anyone else, and we cannot see anything he shares.  

 

Myself and another colleguge (who only use Windows machines) are both perfectly in sync, and our changes are reflected almost instantly. The user who has problems uses a mixture of Windows and OSX, and he is unable to see anything we add, and we cannot see anything he adds (and shares).

 

On his Windows 10 machine, he has tried clearing the IE cache, and this has not helped. We have also tried removing and re-adding him to the group. I'm not sure if there is anything we can troubleshoot on his mac (which is the primary machine)

 

Any help appreciated

Hi Kevyn,

 

I tried reproduing the issue in my side but no luck. Can you share the detailed information as below for further investigation?

1. The Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac client version details.

2. Some screenshots showing how this user created and share contacts or others.

3. Does anything excepting sharing work fine?

We are having similar issues, with the exception being that we are all using Windows 10 and Office 365.  We have 4 users sharing contacts through Customer Manager and 3 users can see additions and changes of all 4, while 1 user can only see his own entries and everyone can see his.

Yes, we are having the same issue - 3 users, but we do not get live updates and we cannot see each others contacts or companies, tasks, etc.

We also have cleared Cache and even went as far as uninstalling/reinstalling to start over and no luck.

 

Has anyone found a fix to make this work again?

Same issue here with 3 users. Cleared the cache, reinstalled MS Office etc, no results.

 

When we create a contact / company / deal it doesnt sync. All machines are online

I will add my voice to this issue - we were just about to make move from our previous software office apps when I was alerted of this syncing issue - would be great if someone could let me know if there's a fix.

Yeah I agree with that, I have a customer where when someone add a contact the other people can't see them or when someone open's a company it shows less contact than they are and after them the additionnal people are totally gone. Honestly this software is a shame...
