Hi All,

 

I have just started using OCM and when I add new contacts and companies is shows the loading sign continously and does not complete loading like its stuck. Can anyone help here?

Could you please provide screenshots about the issue?

1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases。

2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".

3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

I have just done everything in your request and I am still getting the below (screen shot 1) continuous loading sign and it does not load KPH Transport as a new company. When going into OCM I have put a 2nd screen shot (screen shot 2) showing the loading issue again in another area of OCM, Can you help please.

I've had this problem several times over the past month. In the past it has lingered for up to a week.

After consulting our related team, I get the information that they have deployed a fix in the backend for this issue, so I would like to confirm if the issue still exists in your side?

If yes, regarding the contacts loading, please clear the IE cache as Kanjie mentioned above to see if the issue can be resolved.

Amanda, I have the same problem I have cleared the cache but still get no further than "loading" which appears for a few seconds then disappears.  An additional problem for me when OCM was working was that it appears to have un upper limit of about 5500 contacts then stops loading.  I currently have over 12000 contacts so cannot find all my contacts in OCM, is there a limit?

I did what you said but it started crashing 1 week later and had to delete "outlookapps.com" again.  Are we supposed to do this periodically?

Unfortunately we also have the same problem and OCM is not loading the contacts (freeze).

The mentioned steps are executed:

1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases。
2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

 

--> in this moment ocm is "empty" and start to load the content, but always stops at 1%.

We are currently not able to get the information/contact.

 

In the threat there was the discussen about a fix. Are there any updates regaring this?

Or are there outer Steps we can try to fix this issue?

I have also had a few frustrating days trying to get OCM to work.  I am experiencing the same problem.  I cannot load a contact, company or deal - it simply sits there "loading" however nothing is saved.  I have also simply tried to change the sales stages in the deals section - same resut - after making the changes the wheel keeps spinning however no changes are effected.
