OCM not loading

I am unable to use OCM since a couple of days. It hangs when loading the home page in the addins section of Outlook 2016 and for example if from the Outlook message I want to add a contact it will not show the save button at the bottom, it will hang searching when I start typing a company name etc

As well all saved contacts show an X on the couloured round area with their initials or even doesnt recognize existing contacts

Thanks again for reporting the issue and the additional information provided through private message. As per our latest service update this week, the issue has been resolved.
