I’m on the 30 day trial for Office 365 Premium. I would like to evaluate OCM as a CRM solution  for my firm. I installed the mobile app on my iPad 6th Generation. However I am unable to log in. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error screen. 

 

Please advise.

Hi Rolf_lssler,

 

From your description, I understand you cannot log in Outlook Customer Manager app in your iPad with your trial Office 365 Business Premium account. 

 

Firstly, please check if you can sign in OCM in Outlook client, so that we can confirm that your account has been the OCM license.

Or you can check it via https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions:

And login to OWA, and go to Settings > Manage add-ins > My add-ins > Custom add-ins, check whether the Outlook Customer Manager is added.

I also have the same issue as Rolf. I can confirm that I have a subscription for OCM with Office 365 and it is working on outlook desktop

I confirm that I have the OCM license, and Custome Manager is added as an add in. This may be a bigger issue, than I first thought. Not only am I not able to sign into the iOS Customer Manager App, I am unable to log into the MacOS desktop version as well. 

 

At this point I have wasted too much time trying to get this software running, and I will be cancelling my subscription. So much promise, such poor execution.
