OCM is running on the side and i can create Accounts and Firms. I just cant acess OCM itself in order to manage anything.
Is there something i can do about it?
Regarding “cannot access OCM itself”, do you mean open it a new add-in page? If yes, it is not available. OCM in Outlook for Mac can show as the image below shows:
