OCM is not working

This is not working at all. Always shows - "Something went wrong
We're having one of those days. Let's give it another go."
 
I tried all solutions proposed by other users, but is not working. Any help is welcome.

Hi Miroslav_Pavlov,

 

Please check if clear IE cache can give it a shot (only for OCM on Outlook for Windows)

 

To clear the OCM cache, please refer to the steps below:

  1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
  2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
  3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.
