OCM has disappeared!

I have followed recommendations to remove the OCM add-in from OWA because I was unable to access it from Outlook for Mac (It says there was 'Something wrong...'). Now I can't find any method of adding it again to either OWA or Outlook for Mac - there are no options.

 

I am definitely subscribed as per my license agreement for Office 365 Premium. 

 

OCM still works with my IOS platform and is connected to my Outlook for IOS.

 

Please help.

About the OCM issue on Outlook for Mac client, please give us the detailed version of your Mac OS and Outlook for Mac version.

Thanks that has worked well! But sadly the original issue of 'Something went wrong Please try again' still stands....
