My OCM keeps crashing my Outlook.  It keeps on saying "ADD-IN ERROR  Sorry, we had to restart this add-in wasn't responding".  I've gone into IE and cleared cache several times and it isn't working.  Also, OCMhelp@microsoft.com doesn't work anymore.  Does Microsoft even have a Product Manager on this anymore?

is there a way to export everything out of OCM?

Hi Michael,

 

Have you tried to disable OCM license and reenable it? 

 

If that doesn't help, try to create a new Outlook profile then check if OCM can be loaded.

@Michael ChooDid you get an answer to this?  I have a client trying to migrate to Office 365 and purchased BP licensing because they use BCM now and needed to migrate to OCM and I can't get it to load; just keeps crashing.
