OCM Added columns on shared companies not showing to other users

In our company we just started to input customer data on OCM.  The job is done for now by only one user who shares all data.  He created a couple of new columns to include personalized text data that we use.  This columns that he has in his view of OCM are not available for the rest of us who also use OCM.

 

I wanted to know what is the procedure to view this added columns for the other users.

Please let the share try the following steps:

Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases > delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com". Then, restart Outlook 2016.

Can you please collect an app log for further analysis using the following steps:

  1. Open OCM app
  2. Click anywhere on OCM
  3. Press the keyboard sequence SHIFT+O then SHIFT+C then SHIFT+M
  4. An IE window should open with the log information
  5. Reply to me with the log via private message by clicking envelope in the right corner.
