Not syncing between app and desktop on OCM

Hi All,

I have just started using the new OCM on both the iphone app and windows and when i log deals and companies on the app they dont seem to sync with the desktop version, the other way around it is fine.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Nathan,

 

Have you tried to leave the app running during sync as we do not support suspend/resume at this point, and it also take minutes to fully sync based on the item number.

Is it supposed to autosync?

I have both open now and when I add a company to the app it does not appear on the desktop version.

As far as I know, it should auto-sync. However, it will take time.

It does not sync!

 

I have loaded deals and companies on to the app and they do not appear on the laptop.

 

Any more ideas?
