Not all my Contacts are Syncing with OCM

I have a majority of my contacts in my customer manager. There are a couple that are not showing is there a sync button to retreive all my O365 contacts again. I do not want to use a CSV file.

Hi Daniel,

 

To manually synchronize the contacts to Outlook Custom Manager, I suggest you use the refresh button on the top left on the list to see if the contacts can be synced.

If the contacts were not synced after doing the method above, please clear the cache of your IE browser first and then repeat the method above to see if the contacts can be synced.

About how to clear the cache of IE browser, please refer to the steps below:

  1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
  2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
  3. Restart Outlook 2016.

The refresh button has dissapeared and I still have a number of Outlook contacts that do not appear in OCM, even with 'All Contacts' selected on the display filter.
