Not Able to Save Contacts in Customer Manager Deals

I am a new user to Outlook Customer Manager. I have not been able to successfully add and save contacts under CM Deals. When I enter in the contact it recognizes the contact and saves it. However, when I close out and access the Deal again, the Contacts state 0 (they disappear!). I have contacted MS Support and we were not able to resolve this issue. 


Any help is appreciated!

Have you tried deleting IE caches? If not, please try to delete it and check how it goes. 


1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.

2. Delete cache files for the website "".

3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.
