OCM - Loads forever when I try to update a contact information
Recreating ost file
Cleared cache and cookiesReset IE.Deleted %temp% filesInstalled office updates
deleted the office file cache folder - C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
Deleted Database file for outlook.apps > inetcpl.cpl > Settings > Cache and databases > deleted the db file - outlook apps
I’d like to confirm if the issue only happens to one specific contact. If yes, you may consider removing it and re-adding it.
If the issue affects all the contacts, please switch another network connection to verify the result.
Please also reinstall the OCM app via the steps below to check if it helps.
Go to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps click “+” and select “Add from URL”. And use this link: https://ocm.outlookapps.com/GetManifest
Note: please backup all the data before reinstalling.
