Job title missing

When I import contacts, it allows me to map the job title field, however there is no location to see or use that information in OCM itself. Can you tell me where it has gone? I can see it in Outlook, not in OCM.

 

Job title is a fairly important attribute for a contact...

I have done some tests and got the same result as yours. Regarding this behavior, I will consult our relevant team and see if we can find any clues. Will keep you updated.

I've added it, but let's be honest, this is a broken/missing feature - it is storing it in the database during import, just not displayinng it.

Lance, I can't see that there has been any movement on this and it has been almost a year!

 

I have checked out https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/407082-outlook-customer-manager/filters/top

 

I think the fact that it only has 84 votes is misleading. Without this simple addition I cannot use this product, so it fails at evaluation. When I am evaluating products I tend not to post stuff on sites like this or contribute to the whole voting thing - I just move on to the next product. I suggest that there are many people like me. Whereas many of the other feature requests are by those who have already committed to it and therefore have vested interest in improving it.

 

I tent to look at a products capabilities in terms of Mandatory, Highly Desirable and Desirable. Work Title is in the Mandatory category.
