iOS app not syncing with OCM on outlook365

I have just downloaded the ocm app for iPhone. It pulls the company information that is setup on my computer on outlook but it doesn't pull the contacts. Not sure what I am doing wrong? Thanks

To troubleshoot this issue, we need to collect the following information:
1. How many Outlook contacts do you have?
2. Do all contacts shows on OCM desktop, or they only show on Outlook Contacts?

Besides, to protect your privacy, I have sent you a PM to collect the email address of the problematic Office 365 account.

In OCM on my dektop Outlook I have 88 contacts (I just started importing them in there), but on my outlook contacts I have 9,882

 

I would want my OCM business and shared contacts to sync with the ios app

Hi Ed,

After consulting our related team, our suggestion is that you need to leave the app running during sync as we do not support suspend/resume at this point, and it also take minutes to fully sync based on the contacts number.
