How do I activate Outlook Customer Manager? It doesn’t show up in either Outlook for Mac 2016 or Outlook Windows 10. I have Office 365 Business Premium. I checked the Admin Center and it is licensed and turned on. But no icon in Outlook on either operating system. I've had these subscriptions for a year. My coworker has it on her Outlook 2016 for Mac, and we both have the same, most updated, builds.

Never mind. I used the process outlined above to add a custom add-in, and it worked. Thanks Iskender Sheard.

One Question: In this discussion was about one and a half year ago mentioned that the OCM will be available for E3 "in the near future". Can you estimate what "near future" means?

Any word on if the "central/managed contacts database" you reference in desiring, has ever come to be? As well, our organisation needs this feature.
