I'm starting to use OCM, in order to implement it in my company. I was wondering if it is possible to notify the Business Contacts of deals, notes, tasks, etc. when I associate one of those things to a contact? Example: I create a new deal, and I associate it with one of my Business contacts, when I have finished creating the deal, I want an email to be sent automatically to the contact notifying him/she of the deal I just made with them. Is that possible in any way?
